My Friends and Close Ones

I thought it was about time to draw attention to people who have made Blob Corp. Studios what it is today, my friends and close ones are always inspiring me to create more animations, challenge myself and improve my animations. But what i think is most important is the motivation my friends and loved ones gives me that push to get me through. I think that if i didn't have such supportive friends interested in my work i may have given up along time ago. There are many that inspire me and are irreplaceable friends, here is a image of me and a few of my friends:

(From Left to Right: Nathan, Me, Blob and Lizzie xxxx)

Nathan as a fellow animator encourages me to push my animations further and better hoping that one day i will be able to match his fantastic work. He is amazingly interested in all the work i spit out and is a invalueable friend and colleaugue of animation.

Lizzie is just amazingly great, the perfect girl an animator could ask for!

To all of Blob Corp. Studios friends i would like to deeply thank you for your friendship and interest in my animations, this does not go unnoticed. You are all great!

Blob Corp.'s Work Experience Project

Blob Corp. Studios is working on another project whilst animating 'Blob and the Celestic Sisters' that is why progress on the blob animation is a little slow. As part of college work experience i have teamed up with an artist, which I am animating a idea called 'Dead Earth'. It is a fan based story after the popular show 'Avatar: The Legend of Aang', i have been given the job of animating a battle between two key characters, Umiko and Shari.

(Umiko: Likes to be called Miko, is a water bender and specialises in using ice weapons, the heroine of the Deadearth series, strong nature and a down to earth Teen)

(Shari: Expert fighter and also an Earth Bender, mentally disturbed sinister character who has a loving heart buried deep within)

Here is a unrevealing screenshot:

Needless to say Blob Corp. Studios is having a great deal of fun animating this fight, even if the animation is a little tricky. More updates on the progress of 'DeadEarth' and 'Blob and the Celestic Sisters' coming soon!

Scene 3 'The Tough part'

I am now at the stage in scene 3 of 4 in 'Blob and the Celestic Sisters' where animating is about to take a difficult turn. I am to animate wolves running, jumping turning as well as other things. However this should be accomplished at an average time. Here are some screenshots from scene 3:

(Wild Wolves, is Blob in trouble?)

(Blob and Luminata peek up from the bushes)

Stepping through Scene 3!

Blob Corp. Studios is now in the middle of scene 3 and progressing very well, I have decided to tell the once kept secret news that 'Blob and the Celestic Sisters' will have a title sequence paying tribute to Studio Ghibli's 'My Neighbour Totoro' title sequence. Watch it below:

Also here is a screenshot from Scene 2:

Ready for the Plunge!

Blob Corp. Studios is nearing its time to animating a very difficult sequence of events happening in 'Blob and the Celestic Sisters'. Research and analyzing examples has been critical, the animation needs to be spot on to pull this off and I will not progress until I am satisfied. For the time being here's a few screenshots:

Screenshots! A Generous Helping

Here is not one but two screenshots for viewing pleasure:

('Blob' exiting the forest)

The sun sets in various shots of this scene giving a red/orange feel to the sky, I am very pleased with this scene so far.

('Chimpodent' carrying plank of wood)

I am very pleased with this small animation in scene 2 as i feel i really give a sense of weight.
