Freelance, series and short project Updates!

It's just got really busy around here, no sooner after completing one project for a client another one comes along with work for me to do. It's another animated advert explaining a useful app. That's all the info you're getting now on that, but here's a screen-shot:

A few days ago I created a few cat drawings for a client, decided to bunch all the designs together to make a cute group photo:

Now there's also plenty of  Blob Corp. Studios own work to complete. Such as finishing the lip sync hell scene 3 for episode 11

What is this!? There's more!? I told you I was busy. I am also working on a short project involving Blob and a possible 2nd short project. I'm not revealing any details yet, so here's a pic to wet your appetite.

Serious Lip Syncing Scene 3

Diving deeper into Scene 3 and all it seems I ever do is lip sync, lip sync, lip sync. Here's 2 screen-shots from the scene so far!

Carlos app ad animation!

Here's the animated ad I animated for a client. The style aimed for was a basic style with coloured objects of importance. 

The ad is to display the functions of the app currently being made that helps to protect your car.

Sailing Ship Scene 3!

Having finished a large project for Freelance Work I am continuing on with Episode 11 of my Lillium Series. More information coming soon, for now a vague screenshot:

Also here's a character design I did for a client. I call it 'Simple Frog'

The design brief was to make it stupid and have a little bit of a human personality. 

Ep. 11 Official Poster (and Freelance Work)

I thought it was about time to make Episode 11 official and give it a poster, voilà!

However Episode 11 has been taking a ride at the back of my animating schedule due to the arrival of a project from a client. I can't reveal too much info at this time but here are some screen-shots.

Scene 2 Complete

So that's Scene 2 complete, strangers have met, actions been taken. The story gets started.

Meanwhile in REAL life I am soon to be moving home and shall have a constant supply of internet access. Therefore expect more tweeting, blogging and such in the coming days.

Meet the pirates! + Ep.11 Scene 2 Update

As the scene that features the pirates who will be the focus of this episode (and a few more) I thought now was a good time to reveal them in detail:

The Red hair guy is Koji, captain of the Blue Arrow ship. Laid back and confident is his style. The girl crushing Blob with a hug is Channie, she was born almost deaf yet remains upbeat and happy all the time. Her job is look out in the Crows nest of the ship. The strange looking creature is a Gillquas that goes by the name of Artemis. Intelligent and well mannered he adds a little decorum to the roughness of the other pirates. He is the ships navigator. Last at the back is Maggs the ships muscle he often steers the ship when Koji is sleeping and deals with the anchor. He is the classical silent type.
